Adobe Tips from the 16 Blocks Pros

March 13th, 2008 creative, technical

During my first 16 Blocks Magazine all-night assembly for press party, Dave and Christina showed me three simple Adobe tricks that I can’t believe I didn’t know before. (PC users, read apple as CTRL.)

  1. Indesign and Photoshop: hold spacebar to turn your pointer into the pan tool so you can temporarily drag around the screen.
  2. Indesign: hold apple and shift to resize an image and its border at the same time.
  3. Photoshop: when using the brush/eraser holding shift and clicking two points connects the points with a straight line of the brush.

There will be ink.
